Established in 1908 by the former Grant County Bank, our company has grown over the years to a full sevice Insurance Agency.
The Agency operated from July of 1978 thru November of 2000 as Triangle Insurance Agency deriving our name from our marketing slogan "SERVING THE INDUSTRIAL TRIANGLE", an industrial and business area in central arkansas.
Preston Black, serves currently as a support person, agent and Chairman has been associated with the agency as an employee and part owner since 1967. In 1992 when the Grant County bank was sold, total ownership was aquired by Preston Black, and in 2000 the name of the agency was changed to Black & Associates, Inc. to reflect the ownership.
Jamey Black is currently the President and CEO. Jamey joined the agency in 1992 after graduating from Henderson State University at Arkadelphia with a degree in business managment. He has worked in the agency since that time and is experienced in dealing with the insurance needs of Arkansas families and businesses.
Our office includes a state of the art computer system for record keeping, rating and securing quotes from some of the country's finest insurance companies. We represent a carefully selected group of financially sound, reputable insurance companies; therefore, we are able to offer you the best coverage available at the most competitive price.
